Wonderful illustrations and cute story of a cat and a dog。I have kids and I am always looking for good picture books。 I loved the illustrations and the story could be read without words。It's a great book to show kids you can still be friend with others who have different personalities。 Wonderful illustrations and cute story of a cat and a dog。I have kids and I am always looking for good picture books。 I loved the illustrations and the story could be read without words。It's a great book to show kids you can still be friend with others who have different personalities。 。。。more

The book starts out with illustrations only so you think it's a picture book。 Then you have a few words like bark, meow, woof etc。 The it gets into a bit of dialogue at the end。 The book starts out with illustrations only so you think it's a picture book。 Then you have a few words like bark, meow, woof etc。 The it gets into a bit of dialogue at the end。 。。。more

Picture book not a story bookThere's not a story you will have fill in the story which is fine for the adult reader but not for a child。 Animation is great。 Picture book not a story bookThere's not a story you will have fill in the story which is fine for the adult reader but not for a child。 Animation is great。 。。。more

A cute book with a timeless message told simply。 A child can read it on their own even if they can't read because of the straightforward and sweet illustrations。 A cute book with a timeless message told simply。 A child can read it on their own even if they can't read because of the straightforward and sweet illustrations。 。。。more

It was cute!My granddaughters are going to love this。 It was the right length to keep the attention of an active toddler。 The colors are bright and the story was cute! Looking forward to more!

Laugh out loud!! This book was adorable! The illustrations are sharp and perfect。 Simple enough kids could try to draw themselves! The story was a simple tale of friendship between two unlikely characters。 Just beautiful!

GoodThis is a cute book。 It could have a few more words to make it easier to read aloud other than that a great message。

GreatI liked it。 It shows us how we can all get along。 If cats and dogs get along so can people。

Funny story! My daughter really enjoyed all the details on each page。 I also found it quite amusing。 A good book for kids and parents to read together。

i am reviewing it from a Kindle version kind of review 。。。that is how i read the book。 the text is extremely small 。。。 it is readable, can not enlarge 。。。so it would need to get bigger to get that 5 star rating。 amazing illustrations。 so fun。

Debra Murray

Great readI like this book and it is a good book to read and a bed time story with my grandson。

Very cute。This reminds me of my dog, Angel and my goat, Mama。 Argue and fight over territory, then snuggle up together to sleep。

2。5 stars rounded upDefinitely for the younger set, Hudson (dog) and Tallulah ( cat) are opposites。。 duh。。。 but eventually find something they can appreciate in each other。Told through dialogue, teachers might use this as a mentor text for PoV and conversation bubbles。Otherwise, not much "meat" to the story, the illustrations carry it and it wasn't interesting enough that I would deliberately choose it as a teaching text。 2。5 stars rounded upDefinitely for the younger set, Hudson (dog) and Tallulah ( cat) are opposites。。 duh。。。 but eventually find something they can appreciate in each other。Told through dialogue, teachers might use this as a mentor text for PoV and conversation bubbles。Otherwise, not much "meat" to the story, the illustrations carry it and it wasn't interesting enough that I would deliberately choose it as a teaching text。 。。。more

Cute with good artThis is a cute, very short children's book that shows a cat and a dog that each have opinions of what's good and what they enjoy but eventually discover some things they have in common。 Cute with good artThis is a cute, very short children's book that shows a cat and a dog that each have opinions of what's good and what they enjoy but eventually discover some things they have in common。 。。。more

A delightful book for both cat and dog lovers! This is a wonderful example of point of view and carting pets owned by students。

Book is okayLots of pictures, with not a lot of words。 Great for viewing illustrations and giving the narrative of what’s happening。

Elizabeth Phillips

Different strokes for different folksThe dog and cat have different perspectives on everything they encounter and that causes friction。 But in the end they seem to accept their differences and find that they can actually add to a more interesting friendship。

Few words, nothing to teach reading, no storyline。 This is a nothingburger。 The illustrator did a nice job but somebody forgot to write the lyrics。 Fine if you want to make it up as you go along, but this book is really only half a book。 Get a writer。

Zion

Very good book。Amazing book。 It couldn’t have had more details。 It’s a simple short story that touches your heart in many ways。

Wonderful lesson for everyone。。。especially little tykes。

This was a cute book, with very few words。 I read it to my two and three year old but it didn't exactly catch their attention。 I was hoping for more of a storyline and more words。 This was a cute book, with very few words。 I read it to my two and three year old but it didn't exactly catch their attention。 I was hoping for more of a storyline and more words。 。。。more

Hudson and Tallulah Take Sides – Anna Kang – This was the Amazon Prime free book this month。 These next door neighbor pets are better at finding common ground than most people。 Happy Reading!

I loved this children's book。 It's a great way to teach children while we may be different - and don't LIKE things about others, we can still like that person despite the differences。 I loved this children's book。 It's a great way to teach children while we may be different - and don't LIKE things about others, we can still like that person despite the differences。 。。。more

Not a great one to read to kids just because it's more of a visual story, so it's more one to look at。 But my issue was with the ebook formatting。 You couldn't enlarge anything and had to view it in portrait mode, making it that much harder to see。 The illustrations were very cute。 The story itself wasn't fully there。 Not a great one to read to kids just because it's more of a visual story, so it's more one to look at。 But my issue was with the ebook formatting。 You couldn't enlarge anything and had to view it in portrait mode, making it that much harder to see。 The illustrations were very cute。 The story itself wasn't fully there。 。。。more

Really niceThis was a really nice read。 We could all take a lesson from this author story。 We don't always have to agree to get along。 Really niceThis was a really nice read。 We could all take a lesson from this author story。 We don't always have to agree to get along。 。。。more

I’m not much into animal tales, but this is a cute one。 A cat and a dog don’t seem to have much in common, but they still strike an unlikely friendship despite their differences。 The illustrations are cartoonlike, which matches the tone of the story, but I wasn’t fond of the artistic style。
